Would have inserted a description but forgot to before submitting the bug, so didnt bother to do so after, as it is a meta bug and the title is pretty much self explanatory.

Was planning to add it, but then thought every bug report with the component 'Chart' could be listed in this, so i have to refine what this meta bug will about.

Maybe you should restrict this meta issue to "enhancements" and UX-bugs. Also, another meta issue about simple chart bugs could be created if necessary.

This meta bug has gotten out of hand with all sorts of additional meta bug deps, crashes etc. It should be decided what this is for vs. the Chart component to avoid useless work.

Yes this should be subdivided into sub meta bugs for different aspects of the chart like legend, labels, crashes, data series, chart types, etc.

I would leave crashes out of meta bugs. There is only one meta bug for crashes and that is for very specific ones, Assertion failed: bug 105537
