Steps to reproduce:
* Select some cell with any text. Press Ctrl-C.
* Switch to notepad application. Press Ctrl-V.

Expected: The text is pasted.
Actual: Nothing happens. The text appears in the clipboard in 2-3 seconds after Ctrl-C, so I have to keep trying Ctrl-V until it is pasted.

Wrote "test" in a cell and confirmed.
Copied and pasted it to Notepad in under a second.

So did you have a clipboard viewer running like in that OOo bug?

No, I don't have clipboard viewer running, or anything like that which can potentially monitor or intercept clipboard.

Copy-paste in direction notepad->notepad and notepad->calc works absolutely fine. The dramatic delay is for calc->notepad. I would expect that should happen instantly, but when I switch to notepad and press Ctrl-V and nothing happens. After just waiting for a while and pressing Ctrl-V, the text appears.

So has this always been this way for you or did it become slow with version 5?

I have LibreOffice 4.3.7.2 on another PC (also Windows7 x64) and I have exactly the same problem. I would say, this is rather "old" issue, at least it annoys me for quite a long time. When I was testing with LibreOffice v5, I have completely removed my user profile (helped with bug 97454).

Can confirm bug submission by Dmitry in Portable version of LibreOffice's Calc

Steps to reproduce:
*Use Ctrl+C to copy text from a cell in Calc (either use F2 to highlight cell's content or simply select cell)

*Keep using Ctrl+V until cell's content pasted in another application such as Firefox search box, Notepad. Delay is about three seconds

I still have problems with LibreOffice 5.1.2.2. Actually, "About" dialog has the same problem: go to "Help → About LibreOffice", select some text, press Ctrl-C and try to paste into notebook. Few seconds delay is guaranteed.

The issue is fixed in v6.3.4.2.
