Steps to reproduce: 1) Open attached 'sample_output.odt' document. Charts correctly represent table data. 2) Export Directly as PDF Expected result: The chart should represent changed table data. Actual result: The chart does not update, it instead loads a previous VCLMTF rendering from the internal ObjectReplacements folder. Build: Version 4.0.4.2 (Build ID: 400m0(Build:2)) Platform: Ubuntu 12.04.2 LTS 64-bit Build: LibreOffice 4.0.1.2 Platform: CentOS release 5.8 (Final) 64-bit Additional information: If the chart is altered directly by altering the dimensions, that chart then generates as expected in the resulting PDF. The sample document was originally created as a template document and is manipulated externally, presenting end users only the resulting PDF.
Additional information: If you remove the files within the internal ObjectReplacements folder, the charts render as expected.
Hi Brandon, Thanks for the description. When I open the 67259_sample_output.odt in 4.1.0.4 from the LibreOffice website installed on Ubuntu, and export to PDF, at least on the first 5 pages I see no differences. (might be mm, but I didn't took a ruler...) Can you pls check in a newer version? regards, Cor
Hi Cor, The issue isn't actually with the chart placement, but what the chart is displaying. If the charts on your screen have $month_qtr$ in the chart title, it is incorrect. The first chart title should be 'Categories - Current Quarter 1'. Skew the chart slightly and your will see a completely different, but correct, chart. I opened the example document on a Windows 7 box in LibreOffice 3.5.5.3 and it exhibits the same behavior. Thank you for your time. - Brandon

(Should be checked if it has been fine in a previous version)
