Problem description: 

Steps to reproduce:
1. I select a text
2. I clik in "A" "bold" button.
3. 

Current behavior: sometimes selected text remains plain, not bold.

Expected behavior: selected text wold be bold.

Unfortunately this isn't enough information - not enough information for us to triage. Please try to figure out reproducible steps that consistently cause the problem.

I followed your instructions and for about 50 bold/unbold it worked in a row without issue.

Marking as WFM. If you can find steps that cause the problem often in a reproducible way please let us know.

Also please be careful about the version field, you put 4.2 master but in your description you said 4.0.2.2 which is not the same.
