On a right-to-left spreadsheet when using the border coloring toolbar dropdown, upon selecting the right or left border to be colored, the other one is actually colored. So, for instance, if I want only the left border to be colored I would select the left border button in the toolbar dropdown. Actual effect is that the right border is colored. The same occurs the other way around.
