Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Press F5


Actual Results:
See screenshot

Expected Results:
Dashes as in edit mode

Question 
GDI-mode still actively supported? In tend to call it a deprecated backend. The optimizations at Skia level make superior to GDI. 
* I personally prefer less backend, to reduce the number of unique bugs backend related bugs. Except Safe-Mode is relying on it.
