Description Tobias 2022-09-21 13:27:49 UTC
Description:
Something I noticed while using Writer, but it holds also true for Calc etc.:
There are localized shortcuts. E.g. bold is "strg + shift + f" with the German installation. This is not in line with what I am used to and what other programs use, including MS Word.

I suggest to make it easier to switch to the full set of international shortcuts and probably also make it the default, or at least choosable within the installation process.

Sure, and the Framework is in place already to be done via extension, see bug 123768

Contributions welcome.

We have a whole META topic for this. And speaking of German bug 82117 is interesting.
