Description:
Cells with type "Duration" are not processed in LibreOffice

Steps to Reproduce:
Download and open https://github.com/SheetJS/test_files/raw/master/numbers/types_61.numbers

Actual Results:
B10 is blank

Expected Results:
B10 has a value (in Numbers 11.2 it is "12w 0d 5h")

Converting it with ZamZar to xls or xlsx the result in B11 is 84.2083 the date number, but without format.

LibreOffice has support for the "W" week number format, but Excel has no equivalent, so it's not entirely surprising that the format is missing.  The value 84.2083 looks like the duration in days (12w = 84d and 5/24 ~ 0.02833).
