Created attachment 172104 [details] 3 views to clarify the problem On the LibreOffice – Application colors page, custom colors section, the first column is 'On', in pt-br is 'Ativado'. Some Desktop Enviroments (DE), like Gnome, increment the size of the column to fit the new and bigger word. In KDE this won't happen and there's no way to manual resize it. In the image attached, there are 3 views, with Gnome, with KDE normal interface, system default, and KDE, generic interface, using 'SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gen libreoffice' command.
Should string "ON" to be removed because it's clear that checkboxes need to be clicked? Would not be better?

The dialog was build and tested clearly with an interface in mind, what isn't bad, but it could lead to some problems, like that in the bug. For an application that should run in so many systems it's complicated. It's possible that many other places like exist right now in LO.
