I confirm it with
Version: 7.1.3.2 (x64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 47f78053abe362b9384784d31a6e56f8511eb1c1

repro 24.2+

Also could trigger a similar bad behaviour based on László's LO 6.4 followup to that same bug report, namely commit 705b728d26b4480ec6b51d9fe1362a0154ea9bf9
tdf#119571 fix style & numbering at tracked deletion

Steps to reproduce:
-open www.odt (attachment 163725 [details] from bug 135257) and focus on page 1.
-notice that it ends in two non-bulleted paragraphs plus an empty paragraph.
-turn on "View - Track Changes" (either now or after all steps are completed)
-select from the middle of one of the bulleted paragraphs to the end of page 1.
-deleted or backspace

Notice that all of the redlined (deleted) paragraphs have now become bulleted.
