Description:
Table isn't split with anchor to character left cell; table splits after moving it to right cell

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Select the image frame
3. Drag the anchor from left cell to the right.. table splits

Actual Results:
Table hidden behind image frame

Expected Results:
Table splitting


Reproducible: Always
