To fix this (and any help topic):

1. Open the help page with the wrong information;
2. Note the name (without extension) and path of the help page (in this case, it's scalc/04/01020000)
3. Open Gerrit ( https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/ ), go to BROWSE->Repositories, and click on Help
4. On the left panel, choose Commands, then click CREATE CHANGE
5. Branch - master; Description - "tdf#130572: fix shortcut for Trace Precedents"; keep other fields blank -> CREATE
6. In the new change, click EDIT in the top right corner; then click OPEN below, and paste the "scalc/04/01020000" there; wait when it suggests you the full address of the source code of the help page, and click on it, then open it.
7. In the opened help page source, make necessary edits, and save then close.
8. When done, start review by clicking related button on the top.

> I expect shortcuts to be the same in all languages

By the way: this is not always the case. E.g., see Toggle Unicode Notation function ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/ReleaseNotes/5.1#Unicode_character_input_with_Alt.2BX ), which is Alt+X on most locales, but Alt+C on some, because of specifics of those locales.

Forgot a step between 7 and 8: when done editing all files you wanted, publish edits using the button in the top right corner.
