Description Ken 2019-02-09 05:50:22 UTC
Description:
After crash, could not re-open Writer or Calc until forcing full closure of LibreOffice via Task Manager

After re-opening, bug not reproduceable - so happened only first use of new install

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Clean (first ever) install LibreOffice 6.2.0, Windows 10, computer not rebooted after install
2.Open Calc, open Writer (no file imported, pages as given on opening, to view layout etc, check menus)
3. in Writer, 'View' dropdown menu, click 'fullscreen'
4. Total crash of Libreoffice (both Writer and Calc)

Actual Results:
total crash of LibrOffice/ closed.

Expected Results:
Expected 'full screen' view

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
After crash, could not re-open pages (Writer, Calc) fro 'Start' menu etc.
No LibreOffice pages remaining visibly 'open' in coputer, nor taskbar icon.
Forced full closure of LibreOffice through Task Manager.

Then able to re-open pages.

Bug not reproduceable after re-opening pages.

I cannot edit this report - it states bug 'Always' reproduceable.
It happened on first use only, of new install.

Perhaps LO uses OpenGL rendering.
Could you check you have last update of your graphic card drivers?

Also, could you give a try to https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps ?
