Problem description: 

Heading 6 Style text, export to MW equal to Heading 5

Steps to reproduce:
1. set title text to Heading 1-6
2. Export to MediaWiki
3. Heading 6 equal to Heading 5 in MW syntax

Current behavior:

Expected behavior: to be resolved

Version: 4.2.0.4 release

On pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated today, I can reproduce this.

Indeed, mediawiki has a 6th level. see http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Formatting
