this issue not exist in 4.1 I think there is a regression

Hannah Lyhne committed a patch related to this issue. It has been pushed to "libreoffice-4-2": http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?id=4a2c3371f3ca1cc05732041c96cff9bf494bddb6&h=libreoffice-4-2 fdo#73588: fix default alignment in RTL mode. It will be available in LibreOffice 4.2.4. The patch should be included in the daily builds available at http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/ in the next 24-48 hours.
