Oh well. :) In short, description of that function in HELP is wrong and it should be corrected. Author also suggested that UI description for LO should be more informative. Current UI description isn't wrong (probably, didn't check), but it's short and not informative. He suggested that they be replaced with Oasis description: Returns the smallest value for which the cumulative binomial distribution is greater than or equal to a criterion value.
