@Bug reporter: Is it possible to attach also a screenshot of how it should look like? 

I can confirm the images aren't positioned well, but I don't have a verification.

It seems you do not have MS Publisher ;-)

Not only the image position is wrong.
There are several other errors too:
- wrong indentation
- missing enumeration bullets
- wrong character set
- wrong clip art colour
- maybe some overseen ...

Thanks for your additional information.

As I said in comment 2 I can confirm this behavior using Linux Mint 14 x64 LibreOffice Version 4.1.0.0.alpha0+ (Build ID: ec583253c3d761847c93a77fa10c065fc334fab).
