Can not confirm in LO 3.6.1.2 on Windows XP

Finding and signing with a PKCS7 certificate works on my system.

I reported this in Windows 7 and with LO 3.6.0.4. I sent a video.

Please check if this bug is reproducible with the latest stable 4.0.x release as LibreOffice 3.6.x is EndOfLife soon (last .6 release to be available in April, code freeze this week).
Comment 4 Donald 2013-03-18 16:33:33 UTC
Yes, it is in 4.0.1.2.

As seen on this video the certificates finally seems to be selectable and you can sign the document? Could you describe your signing environment with more details? Does it work without issues with other applications?

Yes, at the end I can sign the document. The issue is that LibreOffice show
in different time the window "Insert a smart card" and it's necesary press
the Cancel buttom y try again some times.

About my environmet: I have Windows 7, the last versiones of LibreOffice
and to sign I'm using a certificate generated by the Costa Rica goverment
(see: http://www.firmadigital.go.cr/).

Thanks.

4.0.1 is quite old.
try upgrading to 4.0.5 and see if it changes things (hundred of fixes have been integrated from .1 to .5)

Comment 10 tommy27 2013-08-23 17:20:10 UTC
Ok. so I set status to RESOLVED WORKSFORME which means WORKSFORYOU :-)
Comment 11 peci1 2016-02-15 22:54:43 UTC
No, this hasn't been resolved.

It is the result of this Java bug: http://bugs.java.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=8147547 . If someone from LO could force Oracle to resolve it, it would be nice :)

Unfortunately we cant force oracle to resolve that bug, so as this bug isnt caused by LibreOffice, it is either WORKSFORME or NOTOURBUG.
